The Cottage has 2 bedrooms, each with a full bed. A full-size sofa sleeper is in the living room. 1 full bath with walk in shower, kitchen- full size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and all the cookware. There is a large covered deck with outside table and chairs with river frontage. The lower deck is river front for swimming, fishing, or just relaxing on the river. The Cottage is completely stocked with linens, towels, kitchen ware. The home has central air and heat, ceiling fans in all rooms. A gas BBQ grill is located on the deck. All you need is your personal belongings, food, drinks and we take care of the rest.

There are two full bathrooms, one with a large clawfoot tub and the other with walk-in shower. The Brick House has a large kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and cookware. For seating/eating there is a large dining table, bar top, and living area with sleeper sofa. Outdoors there are seating options on the wrap around porch that also has an outdoor gas grill/sink. This spacious and beautiful one-story cabin is located on the Elk River with a dock and deck to enjoy the view, swim, or fish. The 1,013 square foot cabin accommodates up to 12 people. The living area is open for entertainment with large windows facing the river, filling it with lots of natural light and displaying a beautiful view of the river. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware, dishes and cookware. It has a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and coffeemaker. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each full bathroom is equipped with walk-in showers with linens and towels provided. There is a king size bed in one bedroom, a queen size bed in another bedroom and the third bedroom has 1 queen-on-queen bunk and 2 additional queen beds. This cabin could house all the friends and family one could want in the open and inviting living area. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms. The house has central heat and air. The expansive deck provides 2 patio dinner tables with extra chairs, as well as a gas grill. There is also dining table inside, for those that would rather eat in the comfort of the open and welcoming dining area. If you wish to float the river we have partnered with Two Sons Floats & Camping who will pick you and your group up at your cabin, shuttle you to your drop off, and return you to the cabin once your float is complete. You don’t have to worry about driving after a long day on the Elk! Make sure you call them at 417-475-4774 to book your float! Make sure you remember to tell them you are at the Noel Property and will need a ride.
